operator billing system. As such, to use them, there are two conditions
that you have to fulfill. First, you must have a mobile account, since you will

to the Internet. This will be the medium that will be utilised to complete the
payment. That’s all. No bank accounts, credit cards or debit cards are required
to pay online.
