based on the direct operator billing infrastructure, which means that they are

SMS+, is a mobile wallet. This
requires you to send text messages and to use a security code to purchase an
item. The other one, Internet+, will redirect you to your network service
provider’s website. You just have to click ‘confirm’ to validate a
