Digital Global Pass uses the Payforit protocol to process payments

When processing payments, Digital Global Pass uses the Payforit protocol. What is it and what does this imply for customers?

First of all, it could be considered as a security feature for online shoppers. It is a pre-defined set of rules for conducting settlements via a phone bill. It should be noted that only companies meeting the requirements of several heavily regulated scheme rules can use it. These are regularly updated according to experts’ recommendations. As such, buyers will have the opportunity to purchase products in a safe and controlled manner. They do not have to worry about anything when buying multimedia items via SMS+ and Internet+.

As such, since Digital Global Pass leverages the Payforit protocol, it is able to implement a technology called Header Enrichment. When your device is connected to a 3G or 4G network, your mobile carrier is going to ‘enrich’ its request. At the same time, it will safely and anonymously validate your identity, that is, it will confirm that it is your phone number trying to process the transaction. This means that you do not have to manually enter your phone number. It is only after validation procedures have been completed that you will be charged for the product bought.

Payments are completed in a safe manner
