Digital Global Pass: how does the firm process a payment?

The fintech firm Digital Global Pass offers two payment services. These are called SMS+ and Internet+ and they allow you to purchase multimedia contents. How do they process transactions?

The solutions operate via the Payforit protocol. This is a set of pre-defined regulations for charging products to a phone bill and it is only accessible to content providers that meet the requirements of several sets of heavily regulated scheme rules. These are regularly updated based on expert advice. This concept has been designed to make sure that payments are processed in a safe and controlled manner.

The Payforit protocol enables a technology called Header Enrichment. This means that when a device is connected to a 3G and 4G network, your mobile carrier is going to ‘enrich’ its request. At the same time, it will securely and anonymously authenticate your identity. Thus, you will not have to manually enter your phone number, which makes the process more seamless. It also reduces the possibility of mistakes happening. The price of products will be added to your mobile account.
Additionally, you will have to validate the payment before being billed for it. This means that you do not have to worry about anything when you pay online.
