Global Pass gives you the opportunity to purchase multimedia contents
without revealing your personal details. It allows you to do so via two payment
services.
The first one is called SMS+.
It is a mobile settlement facility. As such, you are going to use your smartphone
to complete a transaction. This means that you can buy products on the go. You
may be commuting to work, spending a day at the park or having a road trip in
the UK, you will not experience difficulties as long as your device is
connected to the Internet. To purchase an item, you just have to send text
messages to a specific number. Validation procedures will be completed through
a security code that will be sent to you.
On the other hand, if you do not wish to use your
smartphone, you can opt for Internet+. How does it work? After selecting
the product that you want to purchase, you will be automatically redirected to
your network service provider’s website. There, you have to click ‘confirm’ to
authenticate a payment and the process is over. In both cases, the price of the
acquisition will be added to your phone bill.
