that are available: Internet+ or
SMS+. The Internet+ secure payment solution allows users to purchase products
by being debited directly on their monthly mobile bill or the Internet
Service Provider (ISP) bill.

As for
SMS+, it requires the user to send a specific
text message to a special number. A surcharge is applied to the message,
which is usually the price of the item to be purchased. The users then receive
a reply with a code and directions to download the digital product that they
wish to acquire.
